PENGARUH RASIO KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) PERIODE 2016-2020
Abstract
Factors that affects the movement of stock prices levels are internal and external factors. Internal factors that can be managed and controlled by the company is called fundamentals and it is related to the company’s revenue that will be earned in the form of capital gains and dividends by the investors in which this factors will affect the supply and demand shares that is traded in the market. There are over 62 companies in property and real estate sectors listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) however only 8 companies will be used in this research to see whether or not there are any relations in price earning ratio, earning per share, return on asset, return on equity and debt to equity ratio towards stock price on the property and real estate sector in the last 5 years (2016-2020).
