ANALISA PENERIMAAN ZAHIR ONLINE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE UTAUT (UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY)

Abstract


This research was aimed to analyize the acceptance of Zahir Online using the UTAUT model. The acceptance of Zahir Online were analyzed by using performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and behavioral intention. This research was a quantitative research on the period of 2019. The result of this research shows that Zahir Online acceptance based on social influence and behavioral intention were increasing, but the acceptance based on performance expectations, effort expectations and facilitating condition did not meet the requirement as it should. Despite that, Zahir Online was able to operate without occurred problem and still increasing more users. Therefore, although Zahir Online was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, it can be concluded that Zahir Online had a strong influence through out the pandemic.
