Abstract

Violence against women in Indonesia is increasing every year. Government efforts in overcoming these problems are with the existence of Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A) spread throughout the province. P2TP2A has an obligation to provide Complaint Services, Health Rehabilitation Services, Social Rehabilitation Services, Legal Aid, Returns, and Social Reintegration. P2TP2A in the capital city of Jakarta is currently located in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta and has adequate services in the form of complaints and counseling, but still works with other partners for health services, social rehabilitation and social reintegration and is not in one place so it needs a redesign action. P2TP2A, which is a healing forum for victims of violence, requires a special approach to maximize the function. So, in the process of redesigning it uses a Healing Architecture approach. The design of P2TP2A with the Healing Architecture approach applies to how aspects of healing architecture, therapeutic architecture can influence the healing process and the existence of building typologies with healing functions. These three things are combined and produce analysis references to analyze precedents. The references of analysis are also used to analyze P2TP2A currently operating. The collection of theories, typologies, analysis knives, the results of precedent analysis, and the results of analysis of the condition of P2TP2A are currently combined and produce a new design criterion for the new P2TP2A redesign process. Analysis of accessibility, climate, noise, view, and function around the site on the existing site P2TP2A currently produces a design strategy in the form of buildings, lighting, airing, and space relationships that will be combined with design criteria to produce zoning and overall design. Many things can be integrated between the DKI Jakarta P2TP2A redesign and the healing architecture approach, which starts from the zoning, orientation, and building mass by considering the aspects of lighting, view, noise, and relations with nature that will affect spaces in providing services on P2TP2A and the victim's healing process. The DKI Jakarta P2TP2A redesign is adjusted to the service needs of victims of violence and residents as well as applying healing architecture as a whole..
